AI-generated content may contain errors, should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions, and does not replace professional financial advice.
Zentia offers different subscription plans:
Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. Payment card details are never stored on our servers.
Zentia and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
This includes the Zentia name, logo, branding, software code, design, user interface, documentation, and all content provided through the Service (except your user data).
You retain all ownership rights to your financial data and content that you upload or enter into Zentia. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data to provide the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Zentia for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, modify, adapt, or create derivative works.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

While we implement backup and recovery procedures, we are not responsible for loss of data due to technical failures, data corruption, unauthorized access leading to data loss, or service interruptions affecting data availability.
We strongly recommend that you maintain your own backups of important financial data.
ZENTIA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ZENTIA, ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN DATA YOU ENTER, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR UNAVAILABILITY, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Zentia, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us with a deletion request or following account deletion procedures in the app (if available). Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately suspended, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, fail to pay subscription fees when due, we are required to do so by law, or we discontinue the Service.
Zentia integrates with third-party services, including Supabase (authentication and data storage), OpenAI (AI-powered features, currently disabled), Stripe (payment processing), and Exchange Rate APIs (currency conversion).
These services have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, functionality, or data handling of third-party services, or any issues arising from third-party service failures. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications, email to your registered address, and prominent notice on our website.
Your continued use of Zentia after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet or telecommunications failures.
